Right now, we’re producing a youth-restoring, baby-soft-finish spray that has been a best-seller in the market for over two decades. Everyone’s curious about how this product came to be—so today I’d like to walk you through the entire production process. It all started with a woman from Hong Kong, originally from Northeast China, who was the exclusive distributor of an American “Naya Divine Water.” This product sold extremely well in Hong Kong and enjoyed outstanding customer reviews, but its high price tag—more than RMB 2,000 per bottle—was a major hurdle. Later, she learned that mainland China offered OEM/ODM manufacturing services for cosmetics, so she brought us a sample and approached us. Based on her specifications, we collaborated with her to develop and refine the formulation, then produced a pilot batch. After testing in the market, the results exceeded even those of the original U.S.-made Naya Divine Water, while the cost was reduced by one-third. Delighted with the outcome, she placed a sizable order with us. However, at the time, because the product was priced so steeply, sales volume remained modest—only about 20,000 to 30,000 bottles per month. Subsequently, other clients emerged: several leading domestic brands in China partnered with us and helped drive down the price. What had once been sold for over RMB 2,000 per bottle was slashed to RMB 298—and suddenly the market exploded. The appeal was clear: exceptional value for money. The product is primarily designed for skin aged roughly between 25 and 60, whether male or female. Its key benefits include intense hydration and moisture retention, reduction of fine lines, brightening of the complexion, and firming and lifting of sagging, loose skin. It works particularly well on wrinkled, blotchy, dull, and hyperpigmented skin, as well as sensitive, redness-prone, and itchy skin. With regular use, noticeable improvements in firmness and radiance can typically be seen within about five minutes. That’s why this product has remained a top seller for more than two decades; every single user has reported positive results. In fact, this brand has been working with us for seven or eight years now. They operate a direct-sales model and maintain strong sales volumes, so we’ve recently been working overtime to keep up with their demand.
