No matter how late it gets, I always go through everything again to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Well, I’ve been living with chronic pharyngitis for many years. In fact, now that I’m running a business as the boss, I handle most things myself. There are still so many matters I just can’t feel comfortable delegating—after all, I have to be personally involved. That’s simply my responsibility, both to the company and to our employees.
So, in all these years, when do you think was the most difficult period?
Over all these years, the toughest period was actually right at the start of our venture—when we had neither the capital nor the talent to back us. Looking back to where we are today, every single client has been sourced and secured through my personal, hands-on outreach and negotiations.

I’ve been in this industry for many years and have accumulated considerable experience. As long as I’m able to keep working, my goal is to help the factory go further, increase employee incomes, and drive stronger corporate growth—while contributing my part.
