Miura Boiler: Must safety hazards be investigated when using boilers?

If we use Miura boilers, and if we find some problematic areas, we must immediately stop and inspect them. Otherwise, once a safety accident occurs, the negative impact will be very severe. So, what safety risks should we eliminate?
1. Safety risks of the operation and ignition system
1) Internal leakage of the burner: If there is leakage inside the burner valve, and the leakage measuring instrument equipped with the burner is ineffective, or the burner is not equipped with a leakage measuring instrument at all, flammable gas will enter the furnace, and once ignited, it will cause a furnace explosion. This is one of the key reasons for Miura boiler explosions.
2) Insufficient ignition: Improper operation of the burner's air-fuel ratio may cause natural gas combustion, and CO can lead to CO poisoning in the boiler room.
3) Dry burning: If the low water level alarm and ultra-low water level lock protector are ineffective, it can easily cause the boiler to dry out. If no emergency measures are taken, improper power supply can lead to a boiler explosion.
2. Natural gas pipeline leakage or exhaust pipe leakage in the Miura boiler room can lead to poisoning or explosion.
3. Safety risks of Miura boiler safety accessories include valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, smart water meters, etc., which are not regularly maintained or timely subjected to sewage discharge tests as required, resulting in ineffective safety accessories and instruments;
4. Miura boilers are operated with working pressure. Overpressure operation of working pressure boilers will inevitably damage the boiler body, and even lead to safety risks in Miura boiler operation.
