Normal combustion: In normal combustion technology, the gas proportional valve adjusts the opening size to adjust the load. In this case, the gas volume can be adjusted, but the air intake volume cannot. Since the gas and air cannot achieve a complete combustion mixture ratio, the thermal efficiency of this combustion technology is very low. Full pre-mix wall-hung boiler combustion: Full pre-mix wall-hung boiler combustion is carried out after fully mixing air and gas. A full pre-mix wall-hung boiler has the characteristics of fast combustion speed, high flame temperature, complete combustion, small excess air coefficient, and high thermal efficiency. Why is a full pre-mix wall-hung boiler energy-saving? It adopts full pre-mix combustion. The amount of air required for gas combustion is to make combustion more complete. Too little air will affect the completeness of combustion. Full pre-mix combustion is different from the combustion method of ordinary wall-hung boilers. Under different load conditions, the air-fuel ratio is always at the optimal state set at the factory, ensuring complete combustion with no excess air, making combustion more thorough and more energy-efficient. Flue gas condensation: Full pre-mix wall-hung boilers condense water vapor in the flue gas by lowering the exhaust temperature, making full use of almost all sensible heat and part of the latent heat of water vapor, with a flue gas effect. However, ordinary boilers have high temperatures, so the latent heat in water vapor cannot be utilized.
At the same time, high exhaust gas temperature takes away sensible heat, reducing thermal efficiency, making the fully mixed boiler more energy-efficient than ordinary wall-hung boilers. A mature wall-hung technology is the oxygen sensor's self-adaptive system. However, oxygen sensors are prone to damage caused by poisoning and their detection sensitivity can easily decrease after long-term use.
Real-time detection and control of the gas valve's opening degree to achieve closed-loop control. The continuous operation of the oxygen sensor significantly shortens its lifespan.
When changing the detection sequence, a short period of smoke detection and adjustment is performed for each ignition, and then the smoke passage into the oxygen sensor is closed. A suitable detection value is set before the smoke exceeds the reference value, and the sensor smoke passage is closed to protect the oxygen sensor and avoid poisoning.
In addition, with each ignition, the system corrects the sensitivity of the oxygen sensor to account for a reduced sensitivity curve, and adjusts the detection accuracy based on the reduced parameters to avoid further decrease. This can greatly extend the lifespan of the oxygen sensor.
However, intermittent adjustment of the gas valve can only be used for this immediate use. Integral adjustment is another self-adaptive thermoelectric coupling for detecting flame temperature.
With the gas volume unchanged, the air volume is adjusted. Each set has three air volume change values. The middle air volume value corresponds to the highest flame temperature detected by the thermocouple. The current opening of the electrical control valve matches the current air volume.
